The course

Mastering Control4 is online training by Skynet AV Solutions. It is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Control4, Snap One or their parent companies. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners. The simulator is a teaching tool modeled on Composer Pro; it is not Control4 software.

Your account

• One account is for one person. Please don't share your sign-in or the lesson pages.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend an account that is shared, resold or used to copy the course.

Plans and payment

• Free: Module 1, with an account.
• Lifetime: one payment for every module and every future update, for as long as the course is offered.
• Monthly: every module while your subscription is active. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the month you paid for.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy: a lifetime purchase can be refunded within 7 days, which ends its access right away; monthly payments aren't refunded, and a cancelled monthly plan keeps its access to the end of the paid month.

Use of the material

The lessons, simulator, narration and images are for your own learning. You may use what you learn on your own and your clients' systems. You may not copy, record, republish or resell the course or any part of it.

No warranty

The course teaches general practices. Always follow the manufacturer's current documentation, local electrical codes and licensing rules when you work on a real system. We are not liable for work done on real installations.

What we collect

• The details you give when you sign up: name, email, and optionally phone, company, role, experience, country and how you found us.
• Your course progress and simulator project, so they follow you between computers.
• Your orders from Stripe (plan, amount, date). Not your card.

How we use it

• To run your account, unlock what you paid for and support you.
• To improve the course, using overall progress (which lessons people finish or get stuck on).
• To email you about new lessons, only if you opted in. You can opt out any time.

We don't sell your information. It is stored with our providers Supabase (accounts and progress), Stripe (payments) and Hostinger (the website). To see, correct or delete your information, email us and we'll take care of it.
