Refund Policy

Module 1 is free, so you can try the course before you pay. After that, refunds depend on the plan you choose.
Refundable for 7 days
- Full refund if you ask within 7 days of your purchase.
- Your full-course access ends as soon as the refund is made.
- After 7 days, lifetime purchases can't be refunded.
No refunds, cancel any time
- Monthly payments aren't refunded, including the first one.
- Cancel whenever you like, and you won't be charged again.
- You keep full access until the end of the month you've paid for.
How to request a lifetime refund
- Sign in and open Account → Plan and billing.
- Click Request a refund and confirm. The button shows while your purchase is inside the refund window.
- The refund goes back to your original payment method. Banks usually show it within 5–10 business days.
Your account stays open after a refund, and Module 1 stays free. If you buy again later, the refund window starts over with the new purchase.
How to cancel a monthly plan
- Sign in and open Account → Plan and billing.
- Click Cancel plan and confirm.
- You keep full access until your paid month ends, then your account returns to the free plan. Your progress is saved, so you can pick up where you left off if you subscribe again.

Failed payments
If a monthly payment doesn't go through, we'll email you and retry. Update your card from Plan and billing to keep your access. If the payment still fails, the plan ends and your account returns to the free plan.
Disputes
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually sort things out quickly. We may pause full-course access while a dispute is open.
